This is the Ideal package for Schools, Offices with 30 to 100 staff, Hotels, or similar types of businesses.
What happens after I place my order? You will get an email confirming your order with the date and approximate time our engineers will arrive at your property or site location. Our engineers will then conduct the testing and inspection, registering and labelling each tested item.
Any failed items will be reported to the responsible person. And a fail label sticker will be added to the failed item.
Note: If extra Pat tests are required for the testing amount selected, they are charged £0.52p each.

After the testing is complete the engineer will send the information back to the office, where the report will be ready to email you a PDF format, Appliance register and certificate of compliance for you to produce and keep for your records.
The time to complete 500 tests is approximately 5 hours, depending on the testing environment, per the engineer as a guideline.
On some larger jobs, we can assign multiple engineers upon request. The reports are emailed to you within 24 to 48 hours of the completed job.
Our engineers will contact you if they run behind on their daily testing visits. We endeavour to get to you on time.
The recommended retest date will be on the certification provided, and we will send a reminder one month before it expires to give you time to rebook before expiry.
You will be invoiced upon completion of testing, but note that certification will not be released until payment is made.

- Cancellation Policy: You can cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled visit for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, as we've allocated engineers and resources to your job.
- Access Requirements: Engineers must have access to the premises at the scheduled time. If access is denied or no one is available to grant entry, full payment for the service is required to cover allocated resources.
- Appointment Times: Booking times are guide times (AM/PM) due to potential London transport delays and job extensions. We aim to meet these times and will communicate any necessary adjustments.
