London PAT Testing for Construction Sites
We have multi-service engineers and surveyors to save you multiple service visits. Everything is covered under one order.
What happens after I place my order? You will receive an email confirming your order and the date and approximate time for one of our engineers to visit your property or site location.
Our engineers will then perform the testing and inspection, and each item tested will be registered and labelled.
Each deal selected for extra testing, where applicable, is charged at £0.99p per test.

No hidden extras like parking congestion
Any items that fail will be reported to the responsible party. In addition, a failure label sticker is applied to the failed item.
After the testing, the engineer will return the information to the office, where the report, appliance register, and certificate of compliance will be ready for you to print and keep for your records.
As a guideline, it takes approximately 30 minutes to complete 30 tests, depending on the testing environment.
Every three months, site tools must be tested for safety compliance.
The reports are emailed to you within 24 hours of completing the job.
Please remember that if our engineers run late on their daily testing visits, they will contact you. We make every effort to reach you on time.
The recommended retest date will be on the certification provided, and we will send you a reminder 1 month before it is due to expire, giving you enough time to re-book before it expires.
You will be invoiced once the testing is completed, but certification will not be released until payment is received unless you have an existing account or this has been pre-agreed upon.

Key Info for Clients
Payment Terms: Orders below £300 must be paid in advance.
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled visit for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, as we've allocated engineers and resources to your job.
Access Requirements: Engineers must have access to the premises at the scheduled time. If access is denied or no one is available to grant entry, full payment for the service is required to cover allocated resources.
Appointment Times: Booking times are guide times (AM/PM) due to potential London transport delays and job extensions. We aim to meet these times and will communicate any necessary adjustments.
Please ensure availability for engineer access and note that while we strive to adhere to scheduled times, flexibility helps us maintain service quality.
Our London Pat Test Certificate return time is 24 and 48 hrs after a site visit. Via email only in pdf format.
